The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin enables the transfer of data from a WooCommerce store on a WordPress website to the Zoho CRM platform. Users can create Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Potentials in the CRM either manually or automatically using data from orders and other areas of the WooCommerce database. It’s important to note that the plugin is designed to work with the free version of Zoho CRM and may not be compatible with some features in the premium version. Additionally, it is not intended to create Products or Sales Orders in Zoho CRM but rather focuses on integrating with Contacts, Potentials, etc.

The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin allows you to automatically add customers as contacts and/or leads in Zoho CRM when they place an order in your WooCommerce store, and also allows you to update existing records if needed. Additionally, the Pro version of the plugin includes additional features such as the ability to:
- Edit the mapping of WooCommerce data into Zoho CRM Contact, Lead, Account, and Potential fields
- Add notes to the contact and/or lead corresponding to the customer
- Create a potential based on the order and link it to the customer’s contact record
- Associate contacts with an account, creating or updating the account if necessary
- Trigger workflow rules
- Send order data to Zoho CRM based on order status changes (such as Pending Payment, Processing, Completed) or only manually
- Manually send individual or bulk orders to Zoho CRM from the Order Actions menu or the order list.
