  • Final Sales: Due to the instantaneous nature of digital content delivery, all sales are considered final upon completion of the purchase.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are permissible under limited circumstances. A refund can be initiated only if the subscriber has not downloaded any product post-purchase.
  • Downloaded Products: Once a product has been downloaded, it is deemed to be “non-returnable,” and therefore, it is ineligible for a refund.
