Introducing an extension for the widely-used free plugin, SupportCandy. Before you can take advantage of this additional feature, make sure to install the base plugin first. As the name implies, this add-on allows you to establish agent groups, enabling you to allocate tickets to these groups, similar to how you assign tickets to individual agents.
