Everything on XYZTheme is a digital product that you receive the moment your payment completes. Please read this policy before you buy — by completing a purchase you agree to it and to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Memberships — no refunds
- All membership plans are non-refundable — Monthly, 3 Months, Half Year, Yearly, Developer and Lifetime. Each plan unlocks the full library as soon as payment completes, so a membership cannot be returned once it is active. This includes memberships bought by mistake. The one exception is explained below.
- A problem with one product does not make a membership refundable. A membership gives you access to the whole library of 28,000+ products, not to one item. If a theme or plugin in the library does not work for you, open a support ticket and we will fix it or help you — but the membership fee is not refunded.
- The only exception: if the library as a whole does not work for you — for example a fault on our side stops you from downloading or using the products at all — and our team cannot fix it, you can request a refund through a support ticket.
- Bought two memberships at the same time? Some members buy two or three memberships together to get more downloads a day. Duplicate purchases are adjusted, not refunded: open a support ticket and we will adjust it for you — for example by combining the time on your account. If you need more downloads a day, the Developer membership gives you 100 a day in one account.
- Cancelling a subscription: you can cancel at any time from My Account › Subscriptions, or ask our support team to do it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; payments already made are not refunded.
2. Single product purchases
- Product does not work — full refund. If a product you bought individually has a genuine problem and does not work, open a support ticket describing the issue. We will first try to fix it; if the problem is genuine and cannot be fixed, you get a full refund.
- Bought by mistake or changed your mind — no refund. We cannot refund a product that works as described. Instead, we can give you a coupon code for the same amount to use on another product.
- What does not count as “not working”: conflicts with other plugins or themes, hosting or server limitations, custom modifications, or set-up mistakes. We are happy to help with these through support, but they are not grounds for a refund.
3. Other terms
- If you buy a product from our Envato category, you receive the Envato version only. ThemeForest/Envato updates do not apply to these purchases, as Envato only provides them through official licences.
- Most products on XYZTheme are pre-activated and do not need a licence key. If a product is already activated, licence keys are not provided, even on request. Licence keys are only included when the product description says so.
- Custom modifications, compatibility issues with third-party plugins or hosting environments, and user errors are not covered by free support.
- A single purchase gives you the version available at the time of purchase; members get every new version while their membership is active.
