Introducing an enhancement to the well-liked free plugin, SupportCandy. Before incorporating this add-on, ensure the successful installation of the free plugin. Within the settings, you have the capability to establish SLA (Service Level Agreement) policies, complete with conditions and timeframes. These policies come into play whenever there is an action within a ticket, such as ticket creation, status changes, ticket replies, and more. The system evaluates the SLA policies and appends the time from the first matched policy to the ticket’s progress.
