  • Final Sales: Due to the instantaneous nature of digital content delivery, all sales are considered final upon completion of the purchase.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are permissible under limited circumstances. A refund can be initiated only if the subscriber has not downloaded any product post-purchase.
  • Downloaded Products: Once a product has been downloaded, it is deemed to be “non-returnable,” and therefore, it is ineligible for a refund.
  • Refund Requests: While we assess each refund request on its individual merits, it is generally understood that there is no obligation to grant a refund under several circumstances.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: In the event of any substantial alterations to the terms that adversely affect you, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused whole months.
  • Monthly Membership Plans: Please note that refund requests pertaining to any membership plans will not be entertained under any circumstances. 
  • If you have purchased an Envato product through our Envato category, you will receive the Envato version only. ThemeForest/Envato updates will not be applicable to such purchases, as updates are only provided through official Envato licenses.
  • All products provided by XYZ Theme are pre-activated and do not require a separate license key in 90% of cases.
  • If a product is already activated, license keys will not be provided, even upon request.
  • License keys are only included when explicitly mentioned in the product description.
  • Custom modifications, compatibility issues with third-party plugins or hosting environments, or user errors are not covered under free support.
  • Your purchase grants you access to the version available at the time of purchase.
