Questions, answered
Can I get a refund?
No. Memberships are non-refundable — including ones bought by mistake — because every plan unlocks the full library of 29,000+ products the moment payment completes. A problem with one product does not make a membership refundable: open a ticket and we will fix it. Refunds are only considered if the library as a whole does not work for you. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
I bought two memberships at the same time — what now?
Open a support ticket and we will adjust it for you — for example by combining the time on your account. Duplicate purchases are adjusted, not refunded.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to My Account › Subscriptions, open your plan and choose Cancel subscription — no need to contact us. Cancelling stops all future renewals. If you get stuck, open a support ticket and we will cancel it for you.
How does the daily download limit work?
Each new product you download uses one download from today's allowance (100 a day on this plan). Downloading the same product again on the same day does not use another one, and your allowance refills every day.
What if I need more downloads?
Developer is our highest daily limit. If you still need more, open a support ticket and tell us about your workflow.
Do I get updates?
Yes. As long as your membership is active you get every new version — on the product pages and through the XYZTheme Updater inside WordPress.
Are the files safe and original?
Every file is the original developer release, distributed under the GPL and virus-scanned before it is published. The scan report is public on each product page.
